From 11:45 AM, the Market opens fully and the complete Gamma is available. Alongside the 10 AM Club selection, guests can choose from hot dishes with a daily fish, meat, or vegetarian option, complemented by vegetables and starches of choice. The offer is completed with a Bold Bowl, a Gusto sandwich served cold or warm, and classic sandwiches available for pre order via our website.
